How we use your information
When you contact us via email, telephone or fax we will only store your details to reply to your query. We will not pass on your details to any third parties unless your message states or implies otherwise, e.g. passing your details to our suppliers. Contact data saved at Network is not encrypted, however it is stored in a secure manner. We advise anyone not to send sensitive information such as passwords via email as it's not considered a secure transfer protocol.
Fighting Spam
Receiving spam, junk-mail and phishing emails are something most of us have become accustomed to, and as a result we're pretty good at spotting them. However, as technology improves so do spamming and phishing techniques. Click here for tips on spotting fake emails
Network will never send emails asking for sensitive data such as banking details. If you receive any suspicious looking emails that seem to have come from us - please forward it on us so we can investigate further.
Your rights
You have full rights to add, amend or destroy your information, after all it is yours. If you request that the information we hold about you should be removed, we will honour your decision and remove it where possible. However, we do keep a personal record of all emails inbound and outbound, thus past correspondence will be still be held by the company.
